1. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 15 days before departure.
• Full payment is required for bookings made within 7 days of departure.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing and are subject to our Refund Policy.
• Refunds depend on the cancellation period and the policies of our travel partners.
• No refunds will be processed for no-shows or early departures.

3. Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents. Visago Holidays is not liable for any travel disruptions due to incomplete documentation.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events. Insurance is the sole responsibility of the traveler.

5. Changes to Itinerary

Visago Holidays reserves the right to alter itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you of any significant changes as soon as possible.

6. Liability

Visago Holidays acts only as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other service providers. We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from acts or defaults of these suppliers. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or other interruptions caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.).

7. Health and Safety

• Travelers must meet the health and safety requirements of their destination.
• Any special medical or dietary needs must be communicated to us in advance.
• COVID-19 protocols of the destination must be strictly followed.

8. Conduct

Travelers are expected to behave respectfully and follow local laws and customs. Visago Holidays reserves the right to terminate services without refund for any disruptive or illegal behavior.

9. Complaints

• Any complaints must be reported during the trip to allow us to resolve issues promptly.
• Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 15 days of trip completion.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai.
